Lina, trained for ten years in modern ballet, tap and jazz as a world-class performer, and has been entertaining audiences consistently with her captivating dance moves, artistry and signature style.
She began her DJ career eleven years ago on the edge of the New York City's underground at Manhattan's East Village Crowbar, where creative styles and energies were beginning to explode onto the nightlife scene. Crowbar was the venue which enabled Lina to fine-tune her craft and pave the way for a career that would take her from NYC and Hollywood to around the world in such countries as Holland, Japan, Canada, France and England. In a short time as a DJ, Lina has won countless dance and style awards and spun at the Paris Opera House, France, Black & Blue - Montreal, Spa and The Roxy, New York City.
Locally, she has been a staple on Fire Island for the past few years; starting with her residency at Lina's Lounge at High Tea, transforming that space into a must-go-to venue. She is also the queen DJ for private parties on the island and currently holds a residency at Sip N' Twirl at Twirlina, spinning every weekend from 7pm-10pm.
Lina's infectious personality, unique style, obsession with music and passion for creative expression for the cutting-edge crowd, has taken her from unknown to one of the world's most sought after and admired DJ's of her time.
